The refresher version is mostly pre-recorded for you to self-study, and we invite you to sit in as a guest during select LIVE group practice times on ZOOM.

This audit version does not include:

• Inclusion in LIVE cohort study groups

• Invitations to Office Hours for active TT students
• Participation in certification requirements (i.e. practicum, chant experiments)

For the refresher-only option, you'll be invited to attend once or twice monthly LIVE group practice sessions as an auditing student.

No. If you're looking for additional Yoga Alliance certification hours, you'd want to take the full version of the course (which includes cohorts, skill sessions, practicum, etc.)

The Sacred Sanskrit Sounds course and the Nāda Yoga course are both significantly expanded and improved from the 200hr training you attended! (With online delivery, we can go into much more detail in a leisurely way that's impossible when we have a limited time together in person.)

Since the refresher-only option does not include very much live interaction, and Module 2 is very engaging with your cohort/cohort leader/Anandra's support to complete your chant leadership practicum assignments, there's no way for you to get that training (and complete your Yoga Alliance certification) without signing up for the full course.
