Join us for our annual India training!

Welcome to Your Himālayan Home!

Our teacher training retreat is held at two very special traditional communities on the banks of the holy Ganges river in Rishikesh and the higher Himālayas.

These holy places cannot be described adequately in words... suffice it to say that several millennia of continuous prayers resound in a vibrant flow of auspiciousness.

Our India training schedule prioritizes deep practice and skills training. We enjoy delicious shared meals and community connection, and there's also plenty of time for rest, integration, self-care and play!

"The depth of the Heart of Sound practices really blew my mind. To have such a supportive course structure and community creates a phenomenally safe space. I have the tools I need to develop a practice to exist more mindfully in the world."
